We aim to increase submission grappling skills while promoting fitness, confidence, and effective self-defense in a family-friendly environment. TOP Principles
Master the four main principles for effective guard passing and pins. Learn to control your opponent from the top position and apply techniques with ease.
BOTTOM Principles
Develop the unique skill of fighting from the back. Learn the principles to handle pressure and weight, make guard retention effortless, and apply techniques for sweeps, reversals, and submissions.
21 Snake Moves
Also known as shrimp escapes, these techniques help you change position while withstanding weight and pressure. Integral for guard retention and essential for live sparring and competition.
4 Guard Passing Rules
Neutralize your opponent’s best weapon with our intuitive, easy, and efficient guard passing rules.
Guard Passing Fundamentals
Simplified guard passes into principles and two alternatives: over or under. Your opponent will be getting smashed!
Standup Game
Gain proficiency in throws and takedowns in both gi and no gi formats. All fights start standing—learn to dominate from the start.
